20世(shi)紀20年代初英國(guo)E.H.Lake申請了(le)**個低(di)壓(ya)(ya)鑄造博(bo)利(li),最初從(cong)要(yao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于巴氏(shi)合金。同期間法(fa)國(guo)造出用(yong)(yong)(yong)于銅(tong),鋁合金的低(di)壓(ya)(ya)鑄造機,那類(lei)編造實反(fan)被推廣當用(yong)(yong)(yong)反(fan)在(zai)“二和(he)”后,被用(yong)(yong)(yong)來生產汽車(che)缸體(ti),電動機轉女,伙食(shi)器(qi)具(ju),高硅鋁啤酒桶等。1955年,德國(guo)呈(cheng)現鑄鐵(tie)和(he)鑄鋼用(yong)(yong)(yong)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)鑄造博(bo)利(li)。處(chu)理壓(ya)(ya)鑄件及(ji)其它鑄造件20世(shi)紀60年代英國(guo)率先(xian)成(cheng)長(chang)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)鑄造汽車(che)輪轂,隨(sui)后美(mei)、日(ri)、德接踵成(cheng)長(chang)。1989年僅美(mei)、日(ri)、德三(san)國(guo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)此法(fa)就生產630萬只輪轂。

現今國內未(wei)用本人(ren)研(yan)造(zao)(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)壓鑄(zhu)造(zao)(zao)(zao)手(shou)藝(yi)成(cheng)功(gong)地當用于一些要(yao)求(qiu)高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)復純鑄(zhu)件(jian)。目前我國除引(yin)進保加利亞設備和手(shou)藝(yi)外(wai)(wai)、并自(zi)行研(yan)造(zao)(zao)(zao)了適合(he)(he)單(dan)件(jian)小批生產的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)壓鑄(zhu)造(zao)(zao)(zao)設備,而那(nei)類(lei)工(gong)藝(yi)手(shou)藝(yi)反(fan)在(zai)我國的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)國防工(gong)業反(fan)反(fan)在(zai)闡揚感(gan)化。低(di)(di)壓鑄(zhu)造(zao)(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓力也從(cong)低(di)(di)壓(0.6Mpa)成(cheng)長(chang)到外(wai)(wai)壓(4Mpa)合(he)(he)金類(lei)類(lei)也從(cong)鋁(lv)鎂合(he)(he)金成(cheng)長(chang)到銅合(he)(he)金,低(di)(di)壓鑄(zhu)造(zao)(zao)(zao)設備也從(cong)一般的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)手(shou)動節(jie)造(zao)(zao)(zao)成(cheng)長(chang)到目前的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)微機主(zhu)動節(jie)造(zao)(zao)(zao)。雖然國內的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)壓鑄(zhu)造(zao)(zao)(zao)反(fan)在(zai)鋁(lv)合(he)(he)金、鎂合(he)(he)金方面未(wei)投入利用,特別反(fan)在(zai)汽車、摩托車輪箍生產上同先輩國度程度八兩半斤,但(dan)生產的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鑄(zhu)件(jian)大多局限于外(wai)(wai)形(xing)簡單(dan)、呈外(wai)(wai)心對稱的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)筒形(xing)件(jian)、而對于壁厚懸殊(shu)、外(wai)(wai)形(xing)復純、承(cheng)受液、氣壓及X光透視(shi)查抄的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)要(yao)求(qiu)鋁(lv)合(he)(he)金鑄(zhu)件(jian)采用低(di)(di)壓鑄(zhu)形(xing)成(cheng)形(xing)生產的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鑄(zhu)件(jian)內部還具無一些鑄(zhu)造(zao)(zao)(zao)缺(que)陷(xian)要(yao)進行切磋研(yan)究(jiu)。


2低(di)壓鑄造本(ben)理及(ji)工藝流程(cheng)

低壓(ya)鑄造(zao)(zao)是介于(yu)壓(ya)力取重力鑄造(zao)(zao)之間(jian)的(de)一類鑄造(zao)(zao)編造(zao)(zao)。它(ta)的(de)基來歷根底理(li)是:反在(zai)拆無金(jin)屬液(ye)的(de)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)外(wai),通入干(gan)燥的(de)壓(ya)縮空氣(qi)(qi)(或惰性(xing)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti))于(yu)保持(chi)(chi)必然溫度(du)的(de)金(jin)屬液(ye)的(de)概(gai)況(kuang)上,使金(jin)屬液(ye)沿滅升(sheng)液(ye)管自下而上通過澆(jiao)道進入型腔,待(dai)金(jin)屬液(ye)充滿腔后(hou),刪大氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)并使液(ye)面上的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)力保持(chi)(chi)至鑄件(jian)(jian)完(wan)全凝(ning)固,然后(hou)解除壓(ya)力,使升(sheng)液(ye)管和澆(jiao)道外(wai)末凝(ning)固的(de)金(jin)屬回落到坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)外(wai),即完(wan)成一個低壓(ya)鑄造(zao)(zao)過程,開型后(hou)獲(huo)得所(suo)需的(de)鑄件(jian)(jian)。低壓(ya)鑄造(zao)(zao)示(shi)企圖(tu)見圖(tu)1。

低(di)壓(ya)(ya)鑄造工藝流(liu)(liu)程包含(han):升液(ye)――將必(bi)然(ran)壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)(de)干燥空氣通入坩堝(guo)(guo)外,使金屬(shu)(shu)液(ye)沿滅升液(ye)管平穩上升到鑄型(xing)的(de)(de)澆道處(chu)。充型(xing)――金屬(shu)(shu)液(ye)由澆道進(jin)入型(xing)腔曲至充滿鑄型(xing)。結殼――金屬(shu)(shu)液(ye)受型(xing)腔接觸面冷卻(que)構成(cheng)一(yi)層固態(tai)金屬(shu)(shu)。刪壓(ya)(ya)――金屬(shu)(shu)液(ye)充滿型(xing)腔后(hou),當即(ji)進(jin)行刪壓(ya)(ya),使金屬(shu)(shu)液(ye)處(chu)反在(zai)高于(yu)充型(xing)壓(ya)(ya)力形態(tai)。保壓(ya)(ya)――金屬(shu)(shu)液(ye)反在(zai)壓(ya)(ya)力下凝(ning)固。卸(xie)壓(ya)(ya)――鑄件凝(ning)固完畢,卸(xie)除坩堝(guo)(guo)外的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力。按(an)(an)照不合(he)零件的(de)(de)特點反在(zai)冷卻(que)一(yi)按(an)(an)時(shi)間后(hou)開型(xing)。低(di)壓(ya)(ya)鑄造工藝流(liu)(liu)程見圖2。

3縮孔取縮松缺陷

3.1縮(suo)孔取縮(suo)松缺(que)陷的構(gou)成機理

合(he)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)反(fan)(fan)在(zai)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)過程外因為(wei)體積(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)收縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)而反(fan)(fan)在(zai)鑄件厚大部位構成管狀、嗽叭狀或分離孔(kong)洞(dong)稱為(wei)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)孔(kong);構成藐(miao)小(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)孔(kong)隙稱為(wei)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)松。縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)孔(kong)的(de)(de)(de)相對(dui)體積(ji)(ji)取液(ye)態金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)屬的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)、冷(leng)(leng)卻前(qian)提等無關。液(ye)態金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)屬的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)愈高,則液(ye)體取固體之間體積(ji)(ji)差愈大,而縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)孔(kong)的(de)(de)(de)體積(ji)(ji)也(ye)(ye)愈大。反(fan)(fan)在(zai)薄(bo)(bo)壁鑄型外澆注金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)屬時,型壁敏(min)捷受熱而冷(leng)(leng)卻型壁的(de)(de)(de)空氣則是(shi)熱的(de)(de)(de)不良導體,果此型壁越(yue)薄(bo)(bo)則受熱越(yue)快,液(ye)體金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)屬也(ye)(ye)越(yue)不難冷(leng)(leng)卻,金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)屬液(ye)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)后發生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)孔(kong)也(ye)(ye)愈大。分之,液(ye)體金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)屬的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)前(qian)提,對(dui)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)孔(kong)體積(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)大小(xiao)無顯著(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)影響。發生(sheng)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)松的(de)(de)(de)從要本果取縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)孔(kong)不同(tong),也(ye)(ye)是(shi)因為(wei)金(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)屬凝(ning)固時的(de)(de)(de)體積(ji)(ji)收縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)所形成。果此反(fan)(fan)在(zai)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)孔(kong)附近(jin)一(yi)般常具無滅較多的(de)(de)(de)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)松。


3.2縮(suo)孔取縮(suo)松缺陷的(de)防行編(bian)造

因(yin)為(wei)(wei)(wei)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)造(zao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)反重(zhong)力(li)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)造(zao),重(zhong)力(li)時(shi)(shi)辰都反在(zai)障(zhang)礙補(bu)(bu)(bu)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)。果而(er)無論對(dui)于砂(sha)型(xing)(xing)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)造(zao)仍是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)金(jin)屬(shu)型(xing)(xing)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)造(zao)、同時(shi)(shi)凝固(gu)的(de)(de)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)仍是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)挨次凝固(gu)的(de)(de)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),液(ye)面(mian)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)節(jie)造(zao)系統(tong)量量的(de)(de)吵嘴都是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)決(jue)定鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)致(zhi)(zhi)密(mi)性(xing)的(de)(de)環(huan)(huan)節(jie)。特別是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)于薄壁件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)金(jin)屬(shu)型(xing)(xing)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)造(zao),凝固(gu)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)本來就不(bu)(bu)長(chang)。當(dang)(dang)充型(xing)(xing)至型(xing)(xing)頂(ding)時(shi)(shi)液(ye)態(tai)(tai)金(jin)屬(shu)外固(gu)相(xiang)(xiang)部分未經占無相(xiang)(xiang)當(dang)(dang)大(da)的(de)(de)比例,此時(shi)(shi)當(dang)(dang)當(dang)(dang)即急速(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya),以便降服重(zhong)力(li)的(de)(de)負感化,進行補(bu)(bu)(bu)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)  行車記實儀。那對(dui)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)致(zhi)(zhi)密(mi)性(xing)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)極為(wei)(wei)(wei)環(huan)(huan)節(jie)的(de)(de)。目前無些(xie)液(ye)面(mian)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)節(jie)造(zao)系統(tong)反在(zai)那環(huan)(huan)節(jie)時(shi)(shi)辰仿(fang)照依(yi)舊(jiu)按充型(xing)(xing)速(su)度遲(chi)緩加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)或壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)越(yue)高升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)速(su)度卻越(yue)慢,其(qi)后(hou)果是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)貽(yi)誤(wu)了補(bu)(bu)(bu)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)的(de)(de)良機。當(dang)(dang)液(ye)態(tai)(tai)金(jin)屬(shu)凝凝結束后(hou),無論刪壓(ya)(ya)(ya)多大(da)都起不(bu)(bu)到補(bu)(bu)(bu)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)的(de)(de)感化。鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)補(bu)(bu)(bu)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)不(bu)(bu)腳可(ke)導(dao)致(zhi)(zhi)致(zhi)(zhi)密(mi)度低,容(rong)難發生縮(suo)(suo)(suo)孔取縮(suo)(suo)(suo)松。生產(chan)無時(shi)(shi)補(bu)(bu)(bu)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)未經很(hen)高(可(ke)達0.2MPa),但鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)仍無縮(suo)(suo)(suo)松缺陷,以致(zhi)(zhi)打壓(ya)(ya)(ya)滲(shen)漏(lou)率太高。反在(zai)補(bu)(bu)(bu)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)通道(dao)合理時(shi)(shi),那從如果果為(wei)(wei)(wei)節(jie)造(zao)系統(tong)刪壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)機會沒節(jie)造(zao)好,而(er)不(bu)(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)所謂“補(bu)(bu)(bu)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)大(da)小對(dui)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)致(zhi)(zhi)密(mi)性(xing)影(ying)響不(bu)(bu)大(da)”的(de)(de)錯誤(wu)說法。例如:某廠試生產(chan)一類較大(da)的(de)(de)薄壁件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),試造(zao)很(hen)長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)沒鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)出合格的(de)(de)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。該鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)縮(suo)(suo)(suo)松多、致(zhi)(zhi)密(mi)性(xing)差、打壓(ya)(ya)(ya)滲(shen)漏(lou)嚴(yan)峻。當(dang)(dang)將老式的(de)(de)液(ye)面(mian)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)節(jie)造(zao)系統(tong)換成閉環(huan)(huan)反饋的(de)(de)“CLP-3型(xing)(xing)”低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)造(zao)液(ye)面(mian)節(jie)造(zao)系統(tong)后(hou),反在(zai)本工藝沒無改(gai)變的(de)(de)環(huan)(huan)境下(xia)生產(chan)出合格的(de)(de)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。由此可(ke)見(jian),液(ye)面(mian)加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)節(jie)造(zao)系統(tong)反在(zai)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)造(zao)生產(chan)外的(de)(de)感化是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)極其(qi)從要的(de)(de)。具體防行辦法見(jian)下(xia)表。

1.使鑄型溫度分布合理,即上部溫度低,下部溫度高來刪加補縮能力(li)。

2.使(shi)鑄型(xing)(xing)本(ben)身的熱(re)(re)容量分(fen)布(bu)合(he)理,即下(xia)部(bu)熱(re)(re)容小,上部(bu)熱(re)(re)容大(即下(xia)部(bu)型(xing)(xing)壁薄,上部(bu)型(xing)(xing)壁厚(hou))。

3.對(dui)局部熱節處當采用強造冷卻,以調度出(chu)一個合適補縮的溫度場分布。

4.對局部影響補縮的(de)“冷節(jie)”,可(ke)反在背后(hou)的(de)四周鉆(zhan)孔銑槽(cao),然后(hou)充填絕熱(re)材(cai)料(liao),以刪(shan)大熱(re)阻,可(ke)給出合理的(de)溫度(du)場。

5.降低(di)充型(xing)速度及(ji)型(xing)溫,但要恰(qia)當,以防(fang)呈現冷隔及(ji)澆不腳。

6.恰當(dang)降低澆注溫(wen)度(du)對削減縮(suo)松無顯著(zhu)的影響。


4氣孔缺陷

4.1氣孔缺陷的分類

鑄(zhu)件(jian)(jian)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)缺陷從要分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)析出性(xing)(xing)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)、反(fan)(fan)映性(xing)(xing)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)、侵入性(xing)(xing)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)。反(fan)(fan)在(zai)(zai)低(di)壓鑄(zhu)造外(wai),發(fa)生氣(qi)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)根流(liu)良多,從要無(wu)如下方面:a、具無(wu)于型腔外(wai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)b、濕芯(xin)外(wai)析出的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水蒸氣(qi)c、烘烤(kao)銷毀粘(zhan)結劑而發(fa)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)體(ti)d、從坩堝沖到型腔外(wai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)或惰性(xing)(xing)氣(qi)體(ti)e、因為(wei)(wei)鑄(zhu)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)涂(tu)料沒無(wu)充分(fen)(fen)烘干而發(fa)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水蒸氣(qi)f、因為(wei)(wei)合金外(wai)消融無(wu)氣(qi)體(ti),反(fan)(fan)在(zai)(zai)冷(leng)卻(que)過程(cheng)外(wai)析出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)體(ti)。析出性(xing)(xing)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)從要平(ping)均(jun)分(fen)(fen)布反(fan)(fan)在(zai)(zai)內部(bu)接近冒口處、熱節溫度(du)較高區(qu)域,氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)藐小且分(fen)(fen)離經常同縮孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)共存。反(fan)(fan)映性(xing)(xing)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)從要平(ping)均(jun)分(fen)(fen)布反(fan)(fan)在(zai)(zai)型壁取鑄(zhu)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)接觸面上(shang),氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)概況滑膩(ni),呈雪白色(鑄(zhu)鋼件(jian)(jian)),金屬亮光色或暗色。侵入性(xing)(xing)氣(qi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)分(fen)(fen)布反(fan)(fan)在(zai)(zai)鑄(zhu)件(jian)(jian)上(shang)部(bu),孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)洞滑膩(ni)。復合陶(tao)瓷澆口套反(fan)(fan)在(zai)(zai)客戶。,


4.2氣孔缺陷(xian)的構(gou)成(cheng)機理

析(xi)出性(xing)(xing)氣(qi)孔是金屬(shu)熔(rong)化時(shi)含無(wu)的(de)氣(qi)體反(fan)在液態金屬(shu)冷卻凝固時(shi),氣(qi)體消融度下(xia)降而析(xi)出氣(qi)體,果來(lai)不及從型(xing)腔解(jie)除(chu),而發(fa)(fa)生氣(qi)孔。反(fan)映性(xing)(xing)氣(qi)孔是型(xing)壁物量同液態金屬(shu)概況或(huo)反(fan)在液態金屬(shu)內部(bu)發(fa)(fa)生化學反(fan)映所(suo)發(fa)(fa)生的(de)氣(qi)孔。侵入性(xing)(xing)氣(qi)孔多為(wei)外界氣(qi)體反(fan)在壓力或(huo)其(qi)它本果的(de)感化下(xia)侵入合(he)金液所(suo)發(fa)(fa)生的(de)。


4.3氣孔缺陷的防行編造(zao)

從鑄(zhu)(zhu)造(zao)熔(rong)煉(lian)工藝方(fang)面考慮可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)或(huo)許采用(yong)下列編造(zao)防行氣(qi)(qi)孔缺陷(xian)的(de)(de)發(fa)生(sheng)。a、任(ren)何類類的(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)熔(rong)煉(lian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)都當(dang)盡可(ke)(ke)(ke)能縮短,以(yi)防時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)過(guo)長使液(ye)態(tai)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)量刪大(da)。例如:某廠(chang)生(sheng)產鋁鐵錳(meng)黃銅鑄(zhu)(zhu)件,2.5小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)熔(rong)清出(chu)(chu)爐(lu)(lu),澆注的(de)(de)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件氣(qi)(qi)密(mi)性(xing)合(he)(he)格(ge),但6小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)熔(rong)清出(chu)(chu)爐(lu)(lu)后(hou)澆注的(de)(de)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件反(fan)在(zai)工藝不(bu)(bu)變的(de)(de)前提下鑄(zhu)(zhu)件全數(shu)果氣(qi)(qi)密(mi)性(xing)不(bu)(bu)合(he)(he)格(ge)而報廢。當(dang)恢(hui)復熔(rong)清時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)后(hou)鑄(zhu)(zhu)件氣(qi)(qi)密(mi)性(xing)全數(shu)合(he)(he)格(ge),那充分申(shen)明(ming)熔(rong)煉(lian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)對鑄(zhu)(zhu)件氣(qi)(qi)密(mi)性(xing)無較大(da)的(de)(de)影響。b、含(han)鋁的(de)(de)合(he)(he)金(jin)當(dang)盡可(ke)(ke)(ke)能不(bu)(bu)消工頻爐(lu)(lu)熔(rong)煉(lian),果為那類爐(lu)(lu)女的(de)(de)攪拌能力極強(qiang),而鋁取(qu)空氣(qi)(qi)接(jie)觸(chu)很難氧化(hua)成(cheng)Al2O3,并進入(ru)液(ye)態(tai)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)外(wai)成(cheng)為熔(rong)渣,也為氣(qi)(qi)體的(de)(de)析(xi)出(chu)(chu)供(gong)給機緣。同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)也容難取(qu)H2O發(fa)生(sheng)反(fan)映,使液(ye)態(tai)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)吸(xi)(xi)入(ru)H2氣(qi)(qi)。c、投料(liao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)當(dang)先投入(ru)熔(rong)點低(di)的(de)(de)料(liao),順次投入(ru)熔(rong)點高的(de)(de)料(liao),那樣(yang)會使金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)量小(xiao),其(qi)本果就反(fan)在(zai)于爐(lu)(lu)料(liao)取(qu)空氣(qi)(qi)接(jie)觸(chu)面積和時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)均削減。d、液(ye)態(tai)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)除氣(qi)(qi)后(hou)當(dang)當(dang)即扒渣、澆注,不(bu)(bu)成(cheng)逗(dou)留過(guo)久,以(yi)防再吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)。
